This is a place for meetings and synergies, under the command of CHEF HENRIQUE. In Tierra del Fuego, we combine products from the countryside with those from the sea, cooked in a wood-fired oven, in Josper or in boilers. From the meats that come to us from local producers, to the fish from the auction and the freshest greens, we are passionate about the flavors of the Azores – genuine and rustic, cooked traditionally or in a more contemporary way. It will be easy, therefore, to travel through the immensity of the island, even without leaving your seat at the table.
Also take advantage of our lobby market to buy some of the products and utensils used at the À TERRA restaurant, or other local delicacies and pieces.
THE COZIDO
In the land of stews, Octant Furnas wanted, once again, to differentiate itself.
Tasting our stew is a journey through the history of Portuguese stew flavors, from north to south, to the islands. Thus, we created the Cozido à TERRA. Made in the boilers at high temperatures, in a celebration of local culinary traditions, with a touch of our own: with local products, such as yams and sweet potatoes, alheira from Santa Maria, beef brisket and vegetables from Bio Kairos and a hand full of inspiration that unites this side of the ocean and the other.
THE LOUNGE
Enjoy the best of gastronomy in the Lounge area. A large space, open to outside light, with a relaxed atmosphere and a decoration in communion with the nature that we observe outside.
