*Conditions of the "Insular" promotion: 20% discount applied to all types, on the FREE rate. Late check-out until 3pm (subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel). We also offer an extra 10% discount on food and drinks and 15% at the SPA. Valid for stays from November 3, 2025 to March 31, 2026 (except from December 25 to January 1). Limited offer, exclusive to residents of the Azores and Madeira and subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel. To guarantee the reservation, regardless of the season, the hotel will request a deposit of 30 % of the total amount of the reservation, via bank transfer or MBWay. The remaining amount of the reservation must be paid at the hotel upon check-in. Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 2 days before the arrival date. In case of late cancellation, the hotel will charge 30% of the total amount of the reservation. In case of no-show the hotel will charge 100% of the total reservation.
