Cancellation and reservations
FREE rate
high season
Cancellation : From 03/06 to 02/10 cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 10 days before arrival date. Reschedulable up to 10 days before arrival date. In case of late cancellation, the hotel will charge 30 % of the total amount of the reservation. In case of no-show, the hotel will charge 100 % of the total amount of the reservation.
Payment: In order to guarantee the reservation, regardless of the season, the hotel will request a deposit of 30 % of the total amount of the reservation, via a secure Reduniq link, bank transfer or MBWay. Payment details will be sent by the hotel. The remaining amount of the reservation must be paid at the hotel upon check-in.
Low season

In case of late cancellation, the hotel will charge 30 % of the total amount of the reservation. In case of no-show, the hotel will charge 100 % of the total amount of the reservation.

SMART Rate
Non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. Rescheduling available.
Low season (from 01/01 to 01/07 and from 19/09 to 31/12 ): Reschedule free of charge up to 5 days before check-in.
High season ( 07/02 to 09/18 ): Reschedule free of charge within 12 days of check-in.
Payment of the total amount at the time of booking through a secure Reduniq link, by bank transfer or by MBWAY.
Special offers have specific cancellation policies, so they should be consulted individually.
All prices mentioned include VAT at the prevailing rate.
Children and extra beds:
- Children up to 2 years: free
- Children from 3 to 12 years old: 50 €/day (breakfast included)
- Crib and extra bed reservations: always on-request and pending confirmation from the Hotel

Children and young people up to 12 years old can use the indoor pool between 9 am and 1 pm .
