On 18 April, Octant Furnas hosts a four hands dinner where the sea meets the singular identity of Furnas. Joana Duarte, from Rota das Algas, and Chef Cristiano Ishii create a dining journey centred on seaweed, bringing together knowledge, sensitivity and place in a meeting that feels both unexpected and entirely natural.


Between Atlantic depth and the energy of the land, this dinner invites guests to discover new layers of flavour, paired with Azorean wines. An experience for those who value time, curiosity and a true connection to place.
